Freshies Detailing only collects what you choose to give us: the details you enter into the quote form. That is the service you are asking about, your name, phone number, email address, vehicle make and model, where the vehicle is, and any note you add.

We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or any other sensitive information through this website.

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote for your vehicle and arrange a booking. Alofa reads every enquiry himself.

We may contact you by phone, text or email about the enquiry you sent. We do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Your enquiry is delivered to the tools we use to run the business, such as our enquiry and booking systems. Those providers only process it on our behalf.

Enquiry details are kept for as long as we need them to quote, complete and support your job, and to meet our record keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

This website can use the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors arrive and whether an enquiry was sent, so we can measure our advertising. It is not used to identify you personally on this site.

Some pages embed a Google Maps frame so you can see where we work. Google may set cookies through that frame under its own privacy terms.
